enova365 is a complete ERP system in which the warehouse is one of many supported areas – alongside finance and accounting, HR and payroll, CRM and manufacturing, available in the cloud or on-premise. The integration with EX7 is designed and developed by the vendor of enova365 itself, so it is a permanent part of the system and remains fully compatible with future enova365 versions.
Goods received and goods issue documents created in enova365 ERP reach the EX7 WMS automatically, and the results of their fulfilment return to the ERP just as quickly. Stock levels are synchronised periodically, and a stocktake only needs to be started in the EX7 WMS – enova365 ERP creates the corresponding documents itself.
Two-way communication – warehouse and sales work as one
The integration is based on continuous background synchronisation. Complete product records and issued goods received and goods issue documents flow from enova365 to XWMS. The warehouse handles them on mobile terminals, and the fulfilment status, stock levels and stocktaking results return to the ERP immediately. The team works on a single system and always sees real data.
