Receiving

Gives you full quantity and quality control over incoming goods. Thanks to product classification, warehouse staff can assign goods to optimal locations, which improves picking efficiency and order quality.

Warehouse

Advanced registration and storage of batch data shows exactly where goods are stored, which speeds up order fulfilment and optimises stock allocation.

Stocktaking

Including perpetual inventory — stocktaking without stopping warehouse operations. Staff can follow the results in real time; the system flags discrepancies and orders additional counts for specific locations.

Order picking

Our own task-based picking system ensures that warehouse staff always find the right goods in the right place and in the right quantity. Available stock is assigned to orders automatically based on parameters such as expiry date, serial numbers and FIFO/LIFO/FEFO.

Real-time tracking

Operations are monitored and the status of warehouse activities is available in real time, making management easier and helping to detect problems early.

Workforce management

Monitoring and optimising staff performance, assigning tasks and tracking how long warehouse operations take.

Returns and complaints

Automating the handling of complaints and returns, their labelling and storage, increases warehouse efficiency and keeps the flow of goods in order.

Reporting and analytics

Advanced reporting tools, including KPI (Key Performance Indicators) analysis, for better business decisions.

Integration with ERP systems and courier companies

Document management, posting of deliveries, automatic data exchange and automatic generation of shipping labels, which minimises errors and shortens order lead times. Drawing on the XWMS team's experience, we have integrated the system with many different platforms, ERP systems and carriers.

Integration with AI-based solutions, enabling interactive communication with the system in natural language — for example quick stock checks, monitoring product availability or generating reports.
